Chad Hennings

Chad Hennings is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate and motivational speaking. Currently serving as Co Managing Partner at Rubicon Partners Development LLC since May 2023 and as a board member at Notes Live, Hennings has been a partner at Rubicon Representation since July 2012, focusing on tenant representation. As the President and Speaker of ChadHennings.com since May 1997, Hennings is recognized for delivering impactful speeches on character and commitment. Additionally, Hennings founded Wingmen Ministries in May 2002, fostering community among men through faith. A former professional athlete, Hennings played as a defensive lineman for the Dallas Cowboys from 1992 to 2001, winning three Super Bowl championships, and served as a fighter pilot in the U.S. Air Force prior to their football career. Hennings holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the United States Air Force Academy.
