Shashank Sahay is a seasoned professional in the field of training and development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Life Member of The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) since April 2023, Shashank holds the position of Sr. Behavioral Trainer at Gryphon Academy Pvt. Ltd., and is the Head of Training and Development, as well as a Behavioral Trainer at Eminence Skill Development. Additionally, Shashank is a Lead Trainer and Consultant with an independent enterprise, and a Board Member of EDIIC at LNCT University. As a Mentor of Change with Atal Innovation Mission and holding certifications as a Life Coach and NLP Practitioner, Shashank combines educational expertise with a commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.
