Nadir Badnjević

Nadir Badnjević has an extensive work experience in the software development industry. Nadir started their career as a Software Developer at Yield d.o.o in 2006, focusing on the development of payment tracking software solutions. Nadir then joined ORKA d.o.o. in 2007, where they served as a Software Developer and later as a Lead Software Engineer and Project Manager. During their time at ORKA d.o.o., Nadir gained experience in business process analysis, software application development, and project management.

In 2013, Nadir joined INETDESIGN as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, working on various web application projects, particularly in the e-commerce sector. Their responsibilities included designing, developing, testing, and implementing web applications.

Currently, Nadir is working at RUBICON, where they have held multiple roles since 2016. Initially, they served as a Software Architect Team Lead, overseeing product delivery and taking ownership of software systems. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Solutions Architect, leading cross-functional teams and focusing on delivering software solutions that meet client satisfaction. Throughout their career, Nadir has demonstrated strong technical skills, engineering expertise, and leadership qualities.

Nadir Badnjević began their education journey in 2003 at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Sarajevo. Nadir pursued a degree in the Department for Computer Science and Informatics and successfully completed their Engineer's degree in 2009.

In 2006, Nadir attended the CISCO Academy CCNA and completed the CCNA I semester program in 2007. This program focused on the basic development and administration of computer networks.

In terms of additional certifications, Nadir obtained the MCPS (Microsoft Certified Professional) certification from Microsoft in November 2012. Additionally, they obtained the MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) certification in .NET Framework 4, Web Applications in the same month and year.
