Barbara Mislan

Barbara Mislan has extensive experience in operations management, client services, and customer success roles. At Rubicon, Barbara currently serves as the Director of SMB Operations, overseeing various teams to enhance customer-facing technology and internal UI, utilizing KPIs and data analytics. Prior to this, Barbara held roles at SHOFUR and Vector Global Logistics, where Barbara demonstrated proficiency in negotiating rates, managing day-to-day operations, and implementing successful growth strategies. Barbara holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Kent and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from SUNY Oneonta.
