Hardik Mehta

Hardik Mehta has had a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Hardik started their career at LexisNexis in 2006 as a Software Test Engineer, responsible for validating a high-volume data processing framework. Hardik then became a Project Lead for Professional Services Organization, Quality Assurance before transitioning to the role of Software Engineer in the same organization. In 2012, they joined SEVEN Networks as a Senior Software Engineer in Test, Automation Specialist, where they played a key role in developing test automation frameworks and tools. In 2013, they moved to Esurance as a Senior Software Engineer in Performance, and later became the Lead Software Engineer in Performance and DevOps Quality. Since 2016, they have been working at Rubicon, where they started as a Principal Engineer - Software Quality. Hardik then progressed to the role of Engineering Manager - Software Quality, leading a geographically dispersed team in a fast-paced agile environment. Currently, they are serving as the Engineering Director - Software Quality at Rubicon.

Hardik Mehta earned an MBA in Strategy, Product Management, and Technology Management from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University-Sacramento from 2003 to 2005.
