Aikta Chugh

Aikta Chugh is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the beverage industry, currently serving as Marketing Director at Rubicon Organics™ since October 2020. Previously, Aikta held multiple roles at The Coca-Cola Company from September 2007 to December 2019, including Senior Commercial Manager, where Aikta contributed to expanding into new beverage categories, and Brand Manager, overseeing integrated marketing campaigns for vitaminwater and smartwater. Aikta's career at Coca-Cola also encompassed positions such as Innovation Manager, where Aikta focused on revitalizing the juice category, and Assistant Brand Manager, instrumental in the successful launch of key brands in the Canadian market. Earlier experience includes a position as Marketing and Promotions Assistant at Industry Canada, where Aikta organized international trade shows to enhance the visibility of Canadian industries. Aikta Chugh holds an MBA in Marketing and Organizational Behaviour from the Schulich School of Business and a BBA in Marketing from Wilfrid Laurier University.
