Jacob Kwarta

Jacob Kwarta is an experienced acquisitions professional with a diverse background in real estate investment and development. Currently serving in acquisitions at Rubik, Inc. since January 2023, Jacob previously held positions at Sovereign Real Estate Group and Progress Residential®, where expertise in single-family rental portfolios was developed. Prior roles include Vice President of Acquisitions at WanderJaunt and Senior Analyst at The Wolff Company, contributing to both hospitality and rental community sectors. Early career experience includes financial analysis at RED Development and Colony American Homes. Jacob holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University at Buffalo School of Management.
