Scott Sawant

Scott Sawant is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the restaurant and culinary industries. As the Managing Partner at SK Restaurant Group, operating under the brand ZEAL since November 2012, Scott plays a key role in both partnership and management. In addition, Scott serves as a TN Foreclosure Pre-Sale Representative for Rubin Lublin, LLC since June 2009. Previous roles include Certified Associate Trainer at La Madeleine from August 2007 to April 2012, and Head Chef-Chef Selection at Publix Super Markets for a brief period in late 2011 to early 2012. Scott holds a degree from Kennesaw State University's Michael J. Coles College of Business, completed in 2014.
