Hsin-Fang Chiang is a data engineer at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory. They have previous experience as a data management developer at Rubin Observatory (LSST project) and as a research scientist and postdoctoral research associate at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications. They also served as an Astrobiology Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute for Astronomy, University of Hawaii. Chiang holds a Ph.D. in Astronomy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.S. in Physics from National Taiwan University.
