Rubin Observatory
Jeff Barr has been working as an Architect at Large Synoptic Survey Telescope (LSST) since October 2004 and previously served as a Facilities Designer-Project Manager at NOAO from January 1987 to September 2003. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from the University of Arizona, earned between 1982 and 1987.
