Te-Wei Tsai

Te-Wei Tsai is a Senior Software Engineer at Rubin Observatory with experience in developing diagnostic tools for telescope control systems. Prior to this, Tsai worked as a Software Engineer integrating control systems for telescope components. Additionally, Tsai has experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Houston and National Taiwan University, focusing on data analysis software and molecular junction simulation. Tsai also has a background as a Lithography Engineer at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, specializing in transistor development. Tsai holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Houston.
