Tim Farquhar

Tim Farquhar, CFA, CPA, currently serves as a Managing Director at RubinBrown Corporate Finance since September 2023, leading investment banking teams in sell-side and buy-side engagements for business owners. Since July 2004, Tim has been a Partner in Business Advisory Services at RubinBrown LLP, where responsibilities include leading over 50 financial, tax, IT, and operational due diligence engagements annually in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Valuation Services groups. Additionally, Tim has been an Advisory Board Member at Belleville Shoe Mfg Company since January 2010, contributing to the company’s leadership in boot technology advancement. Tim holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis and an AB in International Studies and Spanish from Duke University.
