Patrick Curtis has extensive experience in the accounting and law enforcement fields. Since May 2000, Patrick has served as a Shareholder at Rubino & Company, where responsibilities include client service delivery, business development, staff supervision, and participation in firm governance. Prior to this role, Patrick worked as a Staff Accountant at Capron and Associates, focusing on tax preparation. Between 1994 and 1999, Patrick served as a Police Officer and Communications Tech at the Library of Congress. Patrick's military background includes serving as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from 1989 to 1995. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, completed in 2003, and an additional Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Maryland Global Campus, earned in 1999.
