Stephen Koltun

Stephen Koltun is an experienced professional in food science with a strong academic background. Currently serving as R&D Manager at Rubix Foods since August 2019, Stephen has held various roles including Innovation Scientist and Commercialization Scientist. Prior to this, Stephen was associated with the University of Florida, where responsibilities included managing a laboratory and instructing an Experimental Foods course as a Lab Manager & Teaching Laboratory Specialist. Stephen also conducted research on flavor attributes of processed foods and analyzed chemical profiles in marine life as a Graduate Student Researcher and Research Assistant. Stephen holds a Master of Science in Food Science and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Food Science and Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Florida.
