Azhar Hajat

Azhar Hajat is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leading global communities and experiences, currently serving as Vice President of Global CXO Community & Experiences at Rubrik since July 2025. Prior to this role, Azhar worked at Gartner from June 2016 to June 2025, where responsibilities included serving as Global Managing Vice President for Evanta and managing C-Level Communities across various regions, including EMEA and APAC. Previously, Azhar held the position of Vice President at SCM World, a community focused on supply chain learning, from January 2013 to July 2017. Additionally, Azhar was Group VP of Global Sales at Rapture World, a senior supply chain professionals' community, from August 2011 to December 2012, and European Sales Director at IQPC Exchange from August 2010 to July 2011.
