Chris Grdich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and growth consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at Rubrik, Inc., since December 2020, Chris contributes to the scaling of one of Silicon Valley's fastest-growing startups. Previously, Chris founded Pink Shirt Vagabond, a strategic advisory and growth consulting business, and held the position of Growth & Revenue Operations Manager at Stackin' from March 2017 to December 2019. During a tenure at SAP from 2011 to 2016, Chris advanced to senior recruiting roles, managing recruitment functions across Asia Pacific and Japan. Chris’s career began in sales with Vector Marketing, progressing from a District Sales Manager to various roles in staffing and recruitment at Robert Half. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Hofstra University.
