Kavitha Mariappan

Kavitha Mariappan currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at Rubrik and is a member of the Global Board of Directors for the US India Business Council. Additionally, Kavitha is an Advisory Board Member for the NYU Center for Cybersecurity at New York University School of Law. Previously, Kavitha held executive roles at Zscaler, overseeing global transformation and customer experience, and served as Chief Marketing Officer at Split, where responsibilities included leading global marketing strategies. Earlier career experiences include significant marketing leadership positions at Databricks, Maginatics, Riverbed Technology, and Cisco, where Kavitha contributed to product management and corporate development technology initiatives. Kavitha holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Risk and Strategy from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from RMIT University.
