Lucas Bailiff

Lucas Bailiff is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the SOC Team Lead at Rubrik, Inc. since August 2022. Prior to this role, Lucas held multiple positions within the Iowa National Guard, including J6 on the Joint Staff from January 2021 to September 2023. Lucas also led the SOC and Incident Response team at the Iowa Office of the Chief Information Officer from November 2020 to August 2022. Lucas's military career includes significant roles at the Iowa Air National Guard, where responsibilities spanned from Chief of Training to Major, serving from April 2006 to December 2020. Additionally, Lucas served as an Information Security Officer for the Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System between July 2014 and November 2020 and worked as an Information Technology Specialist for the Iowa Department of Public Defense from December 2003 to July 2014.
