Robert Arnold currently serves as the Director of Finance & Strategy at Rubrik since May 2022, acting as a finance partner for R&D, Customer Support, and Corporate IT, focusing on M&A and special projects. Prior to Rubrik, Robert held the same title at Zendesk from November 2020 to May 2022, where responsibilities included leading finance for the Product & Engineering organizations. Robert's experience also includes serving as the Head of FP&A at AppLovin from July 2017 to September 2020, overseeing finance for the total company operating and capital expenses. Earlier roles include management of financial planning and analysis at LinkedIn, where Robert partnered with senior leaders on a $700M+ budget, and a senior finance analyst position at Netgear, which involved budgeting and forecasting for R&D and G&A functions. Robert began a career in finance at Ernst & Young as a Senior Assurance Associate and initially worked in customer service at Nordstrom. Robert holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
