At Ruby Energy, we are more than just energy suppliers; we are champions of your progress, specifically tailored to empower SMEs. Our foundation is built on bespoke energy solutions that blend innovation with adaptability, ensuring your business’s unique energy needs are met with precision.

Our Journey

Launched in 2002 as BES Utilities, we’ve evolved into Ruby Energy, a UK independent commercial utility supplier. With our Head Office in Fleetwood, Lancashire, and offices in Manchester, we serve businesses across the UK with dedication and excellence.

The Ruby Way

Ruby’s values are at the heart of everything we do:

Collaborative: We listen to our customers and deliver strong, responsive service.
Human: We provide a personal touch, supporting our customers and each other with respect.
Committed: We use innovative solutions to improve our services and always keep our word.
We pride ourselves on delivering high levels of customer service and innovative products to organisations across all industries. Our vision is to become the best independent commercial energy supplier in the UK. We aim to provide contracts that are straightforward, competitive, and tailored to your business needs.

Investing in the Ruby Community

We are committed to fairness, transparency, honesty, and professionalism. By investing heavily in our people, processes, and systems, we continuously improve customer engagement and service offerings.

Ruby Energy proudly supports local communities. Recently, we donated £10,000 to a training programme aimed at tackling bullying in local schools. Additionally, we support customers through the Ruby Fund, which helps self-employed and small business customers facing financial difficulties with their utility bills.
