Florian Nerz

Florian Nerz is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading teams and managing product lifecycles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Systems & Innovation at Ruby since July 2023, Florian previously held the position of Senior Product Manager at Verivox GmbH from November 2022 to June 2023, where functional leadership for a cross-functional Scrum team was a key responsibility. Prior to that, Florian spent over four years at Lilium, advancing from Product Manager for the L&D Portfolio to a role as People Analyst, contributing valuable insights on diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as optimizing onboarding processes for a diverse workforce. Additional experience includes positions at Deutsche Bahn, Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg, and crossvertise GmbH focused on learning and development, research assistance, and marketing. Florian holds a Master of Science in Media Psychology and Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Media Communication.
