Uta Scheurer

Uta Scheurer is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Presently serving as Vice President People & Culture and member of the Executive Board at Ruby GmbH since February 2013, Uta also holds previous positions including Group Director Human Resources and Director Human Resources. Prior to Ruby GmbH, Uta worked at ArabellaSheraton Alpenhotel from 2010 to 2013 as Regional Human Resources Manager, and held various HR roles at other prestigious hotels including ArabellaSheraton Hotelmanagement GmbH and Kempinski Hotel Airport München Gmbh. Uta's educational background includes a Diplom in Tourism Management from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University and certification as a Coach for Personal Development from Dietz Coaching, among other qualifications related to human resource management and vocational training.
