Madeline Kirst has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Madeline started their career at the University of Oregon as a Student Director from 2007 to 2010. Madeline then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Netflix from March 2011 to February 2012. Madeline joined Ruby in July 2012 and held various positions, including Receptionist, Problem Solver & Happiness Maker, Problem Solver & Happiness Maker Team Captain, Customer Onboarding - Team Manager, and Senior Manager of Onboarding.
