Victoria Kazarina

Victoria Kazarina has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Victoria currently works at RubyGarage as a PM/BA/QA, starting in December 2016. Prior to this, they were at Luxoft, where they held the positions of Test Group Manager from October 2014 to December 2016, and Reporting Specialist from January 2014 to October 2014. Before Luxoft, they worked at ActForex, starting as a Technical Writer in April 2008 and later taking on roles such as Senior QA Engineer, QA Lead, and Business Analyst - Team Lead from January 2013 to December 2013. Victoria was also a Business Analyst at ActForex from April 2009 to December 2011. Throughout their career, Victoria has been involved in tasks such as creating software specifications, defining project scope, conducting market research, presenting requirements, reviewing QA test cases, creating diagrams and mockups, writing technical documentation, and performing functional and user acceptance testing. Victoria has also been responsible for coaching new team members and providing feedback to clients.

Victoria Kazarina attended Dnipropetrovsk National University from 2002 to 2007, where they pursued a Master's degree in the Faculty of Economics, specifically in the Department of Finance. In December 2017, they obtained the ICP-APM certification from the ICAgile institution.
