Mark Hamilton is an accomplished professional in the networking technology sector with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Networking Standards Director at CommScope since April 2019 and Principal Networking Standards Engineer at Ruckus Wireless since April 2015, Mark oversees Wi-Fi standards activities and plays an active role in various industry alliances. Prior to these roles, Mark was the Chief Technologist and Senior Director of R&D at Spectralink Corporation, where responsibilities included global technology strategies and leading Wi-Fi industry initiatives. Mark's earlier experience includes significant positions at Polycom, Netwise, Interactive Systems, Burroughs Corp, and Digital Equipment Corporation, where contributions ranged from software engineering to product development management. Mark holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
