Tess Butler

Tess Butler is currently the Director at Fight Club International and the CEO of Ruddy Nice. Before that, Tess worked as the Communications Director at European Training & Simulation Association (ETSA), and as the PR Director at Bohemia Interactive Simulations. Tess also has experience as the Chair of ITEC 2015 and as the Managing Director of The Butler consultancy. Tess has a background in business development, marketing, and sales, with a degree in BA Hons in Russian and Soviet Studies from the University of Portsmouth.
