JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an International Wholesale Representative that will be responsible for driving sales and increasing RUDIS market presence in international markets. You will work with Wholesale leadership to determine our targeted countries, distributors, and retailers in the wrestling product space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global sales strategies and the ability to navigate diverse cultural and business environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and implement sales strategies tailored to specific regions to increase international market share and brand visibility, while exceeding sales targets.
Compile a list of prospective customers and build relationships with international distributors, retailers, and e-commerce partners to drive sales and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the RUDIS Supply Chain Team to arrange competitive bids and bookings while complying with relevant trade regulations, import/exports laws and company policies.
Conduct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly to highlight success, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Negotiate terms and pricing for lowest cost freight balance against transit time, service, and quality to align with the company’s sales objectives.
Monitor letters of credit for accuracy and compliance with company policy.
Coordinate sales materials and advertising with the RUDIS Marketing Team to ensure smooth product launches and campaigns that match international sales efforts.
Contact executives/buyers of organizations to determine needs and explain products offered by RUDIS to meet those needs.
Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
Investigate and resolve customer problems with products and/or deliveries.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
15+ years of sales experience and 3+ years of experience in International sales, preferably in the sports apparel, footwear, or related industries.
Knowledge of trade regulations and shipping processes globally.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
Problem analysis and resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong financial acumen.
Ability to travel to develop potential and existing customers.
