Marty Perkins

Marty Perkins is a seasoned footwear designer with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Footwear Designer at RUDIS since October 2024, Marty previously held the position of Footwear Designer at Reebok from June 2021 to November 2024, where responsibilities included managing partnerships and designing for various collaborations. Prior to Reebok, Marty contributed as a Footwear Designer at Converse from December 2015 to May 2021, playing a vital role on both Men's and Women's Chuck Taylor design teams and the Footwear Color design team. Marty also freelanced for Converse in 2015, assisting in the timely creation of “Tech Packs” and Color Cads for the CONS Footwear Team. Earlier in the career, Marty was a Footwear Design Intern at Timberland and served as a wrestling coach at Hollis-Brookline High School. Marty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Product Design from Philadelphia University, completed in 2013.
