Eslie Telona

Eslie (Alfredo) Telona is a Senior Cost Engineer at Rudolph and Sletten, with extensive experience in quantity takeoffs, bid document preparation, subcontractor proposal evaluations, and constructability reviews for various large-scale projects, including a $1 billion hospital.
