Mike Ratajczak

Mike Ratajczak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management within the construction industry. Currently serving as the Director of Special Projects at Rudolph and Sletten since July 2012, Ratajczak previously held the role of Sr Project Manager and is a LEED AP BD+C certified individual. Prior to this, Ratajczak worked as a Project Engineer at The Boldt Company and contributed to the Sutter Women's and Children's Project. Earlier experience at Rudolph and Sletten includes project engineering roles on multiple significant projects, such as Kaiser Roseville MOB2 and Truckee High School Modernization. Ratajczak began a career in the industry as a Plant Engineering Intern at Granite Construction. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Chico, Ratajczak possesses a strong technical foundation in engineering principles.
