Prior to these roles, Marty Neumann gained extensive experience at Frito Lay from January 1996 to July 2013, where responsibilities included serving as District Sales Leader and District Sales Manager. During tenure at Frito Lay, Marty Neumann successfully built and managed a team of route sales representatives, focusing on recruiting, mentoring, training, and certifying sales staff.
