Project Engineer at Rudram Engineering

Luke Paré has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and manufacturing industry. Luke began their career in 1997 as a Design Manager at Cornerstone Technology Inc, where they managed five CAD Designers and Modelers. In 1999, they became a Project Engineer at IPL Prelude Corp, where they were responsible for new launch management from cradle to grave. In 2002, they were Engineering Manager at Hunjan Molded Products, where they were responsible for greenfield site development of a 200,000 SqFt facility in Alabama. Luke then moved to Delphi Automotive Systems in 2005 as a Project Engineer, where they were responsible for the integration of IP & Floor Console on the W251 Mercedes R Class Vehicle. Also in 2005, they became a Project Engineer at REHAU, where they were the key customer contact for Nissan & MBUSI & aftermarket accounts. From 2007 to 2010, they were a Project Engineer at Lindsay Corporation, where they developed polymer solutions and launched new and innovative products into the irrigation industry. Luke then moved to NIBCO in 2010 as a Plastics Product Engineer, where they developed and implemented creative and new products for the Fire Protection and Chemical Handling markets. From 2012 to 2015, they were Program Manager at Leggett & Platt, where they were the key customer contact and product development for all new office furniture products. Finally, since 2018, they have been a Project Engineer at Rudram Engineering, Inc (REI), where they work across many industries and disciplines, and is involved in production monitoring, mentoring, operational improvement, and new product development.

Luke Paré began their educational journey at Sandwich Secondary from 1985 to 1990, where they studied music and science. Luke then attended St. Clair College from 1990 to 1993, earning an Associates Degree in Marketing & Economics. Next, they attended the University of Windsor from 1997 to 2000, earning a BSME in Mechanical Engineering. Finally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cheshire University. Additionally, they hold certifications as a PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, and SPE Member.
