Ryan Suddendorf

Ryan Suddendorf has extensive work experience spanning various industries. Ryan currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Rudy's Barbershop and Fellow Barber, where they merged both businesses and focuses on building scalable business models. Prior to this role, they were the CEO and COO at Rudy's Barbershop, overseeing finance, operations, and distribution. Ryan was also the Co-Founder and Owner of Arriba Cantina, where they led the creation and opening of a new restaurant concept. Additionally, Suddendorf co-founded Evergreens and served as the Vice President of Operations and Project Management, growing the fast-casual restaurant chain to 19 locations. Ryan started their career at Merrill Lynch as an intern in the Global Private Client Group. These experiences have provided him with a strong background in leadership, operations, finance, and project management.
