Max Edge

Max Edge has extensive experience in restaurant and bar management, currently serving as Operations Manager and General Manager at Rudy's Pizza Napoletana since November 2021. Previously, Max held the position of Bar Manager at The Columbo Group from February 2020 to March 2022. Max also worked as General Manager at both EAST COAST CONCEPTS LTD and Victors between August 2018 and January 2020. Prior experience includes various managerial roles at The Alchemist Bar & Restaurant Ltd from March 2013 to July 2018 and earlier positions at Living Ventures Restaurants Ltd and The Apartment Group between 2009 and 2013. Max completed education at Durham School from 2003 to 2008.
