Jeff Steeves

Jeff Steeves is the Chief Marketing Officer of Rue Gilt Groupe and oversees all marketing efforts including acquisition, engagement, retention and analytics. He was appointed to this position in 2022 and joined the Company in 2014. Prior to joining RGG, he was the Vice President of Marketing for Wayfair, where he was responsible for customer acquisition and retention across Wayfair’s global properties and oversaw growth from $200 million to $1 billion in revenue. Before his time at Wayfair, he held senior roles at Fidelity Ventures, Prism VentureWorks, Bain Capital and Bain & Company.

Mr. Steeves holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and an AB in Computer Science from Dartmouth College. He is also an active advisor to startups in the areas of digital marketing, growth strategy and branding.
