Christina Brooks is the Founder and CEO of Ruebik, a consultancy aimed at enhancing leadership diversity globally. Brooks serves as a Leadership Fellow at St George's House, Windsor Castle, and is an angel investor with HERmesa, supporting female-led tech and deep science start-ups. Additionally, Brooks operates as a Social Impact Investor at Boxx, which strives to make boxing accessible and empowering. Previous experience includes a role as Global Executive Talent Acquisition lead at Rolls-Royce and various positions in talent acquisition and research at Audeliss, Frazer Jones, and other firms. Brooks holds degrees from Birkbeck, University of London.
