Mike Hallada, CISEC, is a seasoned Stormwater Analyst and Engineering Designer at Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. since April 2000, with extensive expertise in stormwater modeling, management plans, and public education on stormwater maintenance. Mike has held various leadership roles, including Construction Services Team Leader, where oversight of a 30-member team for construction inspection across multiple municipalities was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Field Services Team Leader, focusing on staffing, training, and scope development, as well as previous positions in construction inspection with the City of Milwaukee and military service as an Aerospace Propulsion Mechanic in the United States Air Force during the Desert Storm Era. Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Leadership and Organizational Studies from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and an Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
