From September 2003 to April 2020, Shari worked at Dent Wizard International, progressing from Regional Recruiter—responsible for full cycle recruiting in the Midwest Region—to Midwest Regional Coordinator, managing technician advancement, expense reports, and various administrative tasks. Additionally, Shari taught Zumba classes part-time at Curves and Healing Elements Day Spa from December 2011 to April 2013. Shari holds a BBA in Human Resource Management and General Management from Marian University of Fond du Lac, earned between 2008 and 2011.
