Sarah McCandless

Sarah McCandless is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and retail operations. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Ruffwear since May 2019, Sarah has progressed through various customer experience roles at the company. Prior experience includes a position as Co Manager at Columbia Sportswear Company, and multiple Retail Sales Manager roles at REI, where responsibilities involved managing large retail stores in high-traffic urban locations. Sarah's background also includes marketing and outreach coordination at Collage Theater, along with freelance stage management and technical work in the San Francisco Bay Area theater scene. Sarah holds an MFA in Choreography from Sarah Lawrence College and a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
