Ashlea Brewer

Ashlea Brewer has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Ashlea started their career at LabCorp as an Administrative Team Lead from November 2011 to December 2014. Ashlea then moved on to EMS Management & Consultants, Inc. where they worked as a Revenue Cycle Management specialist from December 2014 to March 2017. During this time, they were responsible for managing the revenue cycle for specific clients and overseeing a multi-functional team. Ashlea also worked as a Business Analyst/Project Manager at EMS from March 2017 to November 2018, where they achieved operational objectives, engaged with new clients, and implemented change.

Since November 2018, Ashlea has been working at Rug Doctor. Ashlea started as a National Account Data Analyst, specializing in data analysis and management until November 2020. Ashlea then transitioned to the role of Sales Coordinator, where they played a key role in sales diagnostic work and department development. Ashlea worked with various stakeholders to define effective operating frameworks and strategies for account management. As of December 2021, Ashlea holds the position of Regional Account Manager at Rug Doctor.

Ashlea Brewer attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In 2013, they obtained a certification as a Certified Election Official from Guilford Technical Community College. In 2017, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt certification from Alamance Community College. Furthermore, in 2018, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from North Carolina State University.
