Kathi Doucet has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kathi started their career in 1992 at T-BONES & Cactus Jack's, where they worked as a Host, Server, Head Trainer, Manager, and eventually became the Head Manager. Kathi gained extensive experience in the restaurant industry and appreciated the growth opportunities within the organization. Kathi then worked as a College Chair at MAHRA from 2011 to 2012, overseeing college-related responsibilities. In 2000, they joined Great NH Restaurants, Inc as an HR Generalist, where they had a broad range of responsibilities across different areas of the business. This role allowed their to showcase their versatility and expertise. In 2013, Kathi joined Rugby Architectural Building Products as a Human Resources Manager. Later, they were promoted to the position of Human Resources Director.

Kathi Doucet started their education at the New Hampshire Technology Institute, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Business & Human Resources. Kathi then attended White Pines College from 1985 to 1987, earning an Associates degree in Photography. Later, they pursued their education at NHTI, Concord's Community College from 2008 to 2012, earning an Associate of Science degree in Business. Finally, they attended Southern New Hampshire University from 2013 to 2015 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business and Human Resources.

In addition to their formal education, Kathi Doucet has obtained several certifications. Kathi acquired a Professional Human Resources certification from the HRCI in 2010. Kathi also completed various courses on LinkedIn, including Word: Formatting and Styles in Depth, Interviewing Techniques, Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, Human Resources: Managing Employee Problems, and Excel 2013: Working with Dates and Times.
