Robin MacDowell is a distinguished rugby coach and former Canadian international athlete with extensive experience in both 15's and 7's rugby. Currently serving as the Head Coach of the Loonies Women and the BC Bears Men's 7s Program, Robin also holds roles as a Talent Identification Lead for Rugby Canada and Canada Sales Manager at Gilbert Rugby. With a coaching career spanning over 24 years, Robin has led various youth and national teams, securing notable achievements, including coaching the Junior Canadian U-18 Men's team to a championship and a fourth-place finish in international competitions. In addition to coaching, Robin operates MacDowellRugby and has held previous leadership roles in marketing and sales within the sports industry. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in French Language and Literature from the University of Victoria and an NCCP Advanced Coaching Diploma from the Canadian Sport Institute Calgary.
