Chris Sargent

Chris Sargent currently serves as the Head of Financial Planning Analysis at England Rugby, overseeing the Finance Planning and Business Partnering Function. With a focus on ensuring financial decision-making adds value to the organization, Chris leads a team of five Finance Business Partners and manages the development of a robust budget and business planning process. Prior to this role, Chris held several positions at BT, including Senior Finance Planning Manager for BT Technology and positions within Competition Finance Strategy, where responsibilities included financial planning and regulatory analysis. Chris began a career in finance with PwC as an Assurance Senior Associate after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Nottingham and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant through ICAEW.
