Duncan Locke

Duncan Locke is an accomplished professional in performance analysis and technical performance, currently serving as the Head of Technical Performance at England Rugby since October 2020. With a robust background in performance services, Duncan has held multiple key positions, including Interim Head of Performance Services and Head of Performance Analysis at England Rugby. Prior to this role, Duncan was the Elite Performance Services Director at PGIR Ltd and held various positions within the English Institute of Sport, including Senior Performance Analyst and Performance Analysis Consultant. Duncan's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Performance Analysis from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
