Mike Smith

Mike Smith has a diverse work history with Ruger Firearms. Mike began their career in 1981 as a Polisher and held various positions within the Polishing Department until 1995. From 1995 to 2000, they served as the Night Supervisor of the Polishing Department. In 2000, they transitioned to the role of Information Technology Support Technician and held that position until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Manager of Associate Services, and currently, they serve as the Director of IT Network and Security.

Mike Smith attended Newport Middle High School in Newport, NH from 1974 to 1979. Their degree and field of study during this time is not indicated. Mike later pursued Information Technology at NHTI, Concord's Community College. Additionally, in 2018, they obtained a certification in Leadership Development Program from the Center for Creative Leadership.
