Roger Chafe

Roger Chafe is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and design. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Sturm Ruger & Co., Inc. since April 2004, Roger specializes in prototype R&D development machining and holds a Bronze Lean Certification. Previously, Roger owned Northeast Design, an independent engineering and machining resource center, from December 1999 to November 2010, providing services in mechanical design, drawings, and both prototype and production machining. Roger's earlier roles include Engineer Special Projects at Sturm Ruger & Co. from April 2004 to February 2008 and Senior Manufacturing Engineer at SIGARMS Inc. from April 1992 to January 2004. Roger is an alumnus of the University of New Hampshire (UNH).
