Clay Wertheimer

Clay Wertheimer currently serves as the VP & Managing Director for the UK and Europe at Ruggable, overseeing P&L responsibilities for multiple countries and acting as Interim Managing Director for Australia. Previously, Clay held the position of Head of International Operations at Bain & Company, where responsibilities included strategic oversight for the FRWD EMEA business unit and its expansion. With a strong foundation in consulting, Clay has in-depth experience in private equity, growth strategy, and advertising, having completed significant projects during roles as Senior Manager and Consultant at Bain. Early career highlights include serving as Deputy Associate Director in the Office of the Social Secretary at The White House, managing high-profile events, and as an Online Sales Account Manager at Google, where portfolio management and client advising contributed to substantial growth. Clay holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in English Literature from Brown University.
