Rachel Frame

Rachel Frame is an experienced operations manager specializing in international operations and continuous improvement, currently serving as the International Operations Manager at Ruggable since April 2021. Key achievements include leading the design and establishment of Ruggable's first international manufacturing plant and managing a 225,000 square-foot facility project in Charlotte, NC. Prior to Ruggable, Rachel held multiple roles at Cardinal Health, including Operations Manager, Inventory Manager, and Black Belt, contributing to pharmaceutical supply chain optimization and team development.
