Scott Snediker

Scott Snediker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in training, operations, and maintenance. Currently serving as a Production Lead at Rugged Suppressors since June 2021, Scott also holds a position as a Master Trainer and Training Developer at Yellow Jacket Firearms and Tactical Training, where expertise includes the development of the Triad/Quad Small Unit Tactics System. Previous roles include Shop Mechanic at TruGreen, Operations and Security Manager at ERMC, and various positions in the Michigan Department of Corrections, culminating in tactical training and emergency response leadership. With a solid educational foundation in criminal justice and emergency management, Scott has also served in the US Navy as an Aviation Structural Mechanic.
