Matthias Schwartze

Matthias Schwartze has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Matthias started their career at Uhrenwerke Ruhla in 1987 as a Software Engineer, where they developed software for chip testing and maintained IC test systems. In 1991, they joined ODS Oldenbourg Datensysteme GmbH as a Software Development Project Manager, focusing on personalisation machines for chip cards. Matthias worked there until 2001. Afterwards, they joined ProCard GmbH as a Project Manager for Software Development until 2005. Since then, Matthias has been with ruhlamat GmbH, initially as the Head of Project Management from 2005 to 2010, then transitioning to Head of Product Management until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they took on the role of Head of Development, before returning to Head of Product Management in 2018.

Matthias Schwartze attended Leipzig University from 1982 to 1987, where they earned a Diplom degree in Physics.
